Sarah’s interest in photography was initiated by her father, an accomplished amateur photographer, and developed further through her travels overseas. Inspired, and subsequently mentored, by renowned landscape photographer Charlie Waite, she was encouraged to develop her photography further. 2009 saw of the publication of her first book; 'A year in the life of Westonbirt’ and founding Image Seen who run landscape photography workshops throughout the UK and abroad as well as offering tailored one to one tuition. Sarah says, “As a creative tool the camera has allowed me to express my love of the landscape. What is often seen simply as an instrument to record images can in fact allow an individual great opportunity for creative expression. Photography has certainly changed my life in the sense that it’s opened my eyes and made me really ‘see' what is around me. Through it, I have found my vision has become more fine-tuned and I now look at my surroundings completely differently. As such, with a greater appreciation of the landscape I feel I have also developed a greater connection. “ Sarah has also been published in Outdoor Photography, Amateur Photographer, The English Garden, Oxfordshire Life, The Four Shires and Westonbirt magazine Sarah is working on the fotoVUE guidebook, Photographing The Cotswolds
