Adam Burton is one of the UK’s leading landscape photographers and author of six books. A photographer for over 20 years, since 2008 he has been working as a full time professional landscape photographer, regularly supplying imagery and undertaking commissions for a wide range of clients.
Based in the South West he favours the rich colours of dawn and dusk when natural light is at its most special. Although he now shoots digitally, his beginnings in lm photography engendered a strong desire to record the landscape at its natural best, and nothing more. As a result Adam’s approach is to capture photographs authentically at the picture taking stage, rather than relying on extensive post processing.
Adam leads photographic workshops in both the UK and to destinations around the world, he also does one-to-one tuition in the South West.
Adam lives on the edge of Dartmoor in the beautiful rolling countryside of rural Devon with his wife Beth and children Tom, Ellen and Ted.
